Paloma is a parcel tracking app operated by Glas Labs. By using the app or the API behind it, you agree to these terms.
The service
Paloma tracks shipments you add, through a tracking service (17TRACK) and carrier APIs and by reading shipping emails you forward, share, or — if you opt in — authorize Paloma to scan in Gmail with read-only access. Predicted delivery dates are Paloma's opinion, not a promise from the carrier, and they can be wrong. Weather, maps, and Live Activities are convenience features on top of that tracking, not a guarantee that a parcel will arrive.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the parcels you add, the mail you forward, and any inbox connection you authorize. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes the account and everything on it from Paloma's servers, and revokes Google access if you connected Gmail.
Acceptable use
Do not use Paloma to track shipments you have no legitimate interest in, to probe carrier APIs beyond ordinary personal tracking, or to abuse the forwarding address we give you. We may suspend an account that is being used to flood those APIs or our own.
Subscriptions
Paloma Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Apple's terms govern billing, cancellation, and refunds. Features behind Paloma Pro may change; we will not take away access you have already paid for during an active period.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. Carrier outages, rate limits, and invented test-environment data are outside our control. We are not liable for a missed delivery, a wrong date, or a notification that did not arrive.
